Getting the Best from Mellotex　如何達到凸版印刷最好效果

Because Mellotex is a smooth uncoated sheet it requires appropriate inks and drying times when litho printing. Store Mellotex in a dry place. Never leave paper unprotected, and store away from areas subject to temperature change such as windows, doors and radiators.

因為「美樂得」粉彩移印紙是沒有塗布而直接由原紙生產的高質量紙，適量油墨及油墨吹乾時間的控制是印刷質量的保証。為確保紙的可印性，請盡量把紙密封（無論印前或印後），不要把紙放在溫度變化的地方，例如近窗口、門及反應爐。

PRINTING GUIDELINES 　印刷指南

Printing inks-	Conventional positive drying inks are suitable, including IR assist. UV curing inks can also be used. Press open inks should be avoided.
油墨－	選擇傳統油墨及UV墨，包括IR輔助墨，盡量避免用已打開的墨。
Varnishing-	Machine and UV silk varnishing are possible; we recommend that the sheet is sealed with a pre-sealer before vanishing.
過光油－	可用一般機器過光油或者用UV過光油方法，但必須在過光油前通過紙張表面處理。
Screen size-	Screen ruling up to 175 dpi. Finder screens may be possible, depending on the job.
絲印尺寸－	絲印網點每寸可達175網點。
Folding and creasing-	To ensure good results, we recommend prior creasing.
摺及折線－	先折後摺。
